died December 2nd 1929, aged 63 years.Also Clara, the above
named, who died March 23rd 1932, aged 78 years."Thy
will be done". 5.In Loving Memory of Annie, the beloved wife of Albert Brookes who died October 2nd 1929. Aged 65 years. Also the above named Albert Brookes who died April 5th 1931, aged 68.Also Lily, the beloved wife of Fred Matthews and daughter of the above who died January 17th 1927, aged 25 years.An additional stone says:-Fred Matthews, January 23rd. 1983 (82years), Percy Matthews, son, 27.10.98 (73 years),Sally White, nee Matthews, 12.7.99 (86 years) 6. In Loving Memory of Ruth, the beloved wife of George Matthews who
died June 30th 1926, aged 55 years. Also the above named George Matthews who died August 27th 1939, aged 75 years. 9. In Loving Memory of Samuel Tyas. Died 1st November 1925, aged 60 years.Also Sarah Ann Tyas, died 5th May 1935, aged 66 years. 10. In Loving Memory of ………, widow of the late Allen Crossley of Penistone, who died February 22nd 1919, aged 59/89 years. Also of Pt. Arthur Crossley, Tank Corps, beloved son of the above, who died February 27th 1919, aged 20 years. 11. Unmarked grave. 12. Charles Lockwood of Ingbirchworth, died November 9th 1916, aged 82 years. Also Selina, his wife, who died September 2nd 1915, aged
74 years. 17. In Loving Memory of Benjamin Gaunt, of Renald/Rayner Lane, Hoylandswaine, who died September 30th 1898, aged 50. Also Walter W. Gaunt who died August 26th 1903, aged 16 years. Also Margaret, wife of the above Benjamin Gaunt, who died September 28th 1904, Aged 54 years. 18. Unmarked grave. 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 – possibly six unmarked graves. 28. Ada, beloved wife of Charles Brookes. Died 12.2.1902, aged 30 years. Also Julia, widow of the late John Brookes, who died 25.2.1915, aged 87 years. 29. and 30. Possibly two unmarked graves. 31. Mary Elizabeth, beloved wife of Thomas Armitage of Reyner Lane, died 28.2.1887, aged 32 years. 32, 33, and 34 possibly three unmarked graves. 35. A small cross, In Loving Memory of William Thorpe, son of Alfred and Harriet Kilner, died 28.1.1895, aged 4 years. (See also Section 4, grave D29) 36, 37, and 38 possibly three unmarked graves. 39. John Haigh of Glen House, Hoylandswaine, died 4.10.1892, aged 60 years Also Mary, his wife, who died 3.11.1917, aged 74 years. Also Hannah Maria, his sister; died 8.12.1896, aged 45 years. 40. Flat tablet, John Burley, died 12 or 17.6.1875, aged 78 years. 41. John William, son of Joseph and Hannah Maria Brook, died 16.12.1872, aged 5 years and five months. Also Florence Matilda, died Dec. 18th 1872, aged 10 months. 42. Unmarked grave. 43. Directly under large tree against wall, John Frederick, son of Caroline and the late Henry Johnson of Hoylandswaine, died 8.4.1907, aged 26 years. 44. space, possibly unmarked grave. 45. Henry, beloved husband of Caroline Johnson of Hoylandswaine,who died 20.12.1902 aged 48 years. Also Caroline, his widow, died 13.2.1926, aged 69 years. 46. George Chappell of Hoylandswaine, died April 22nd 1907, aged 75 years. Also Ann, his wife, who died March 4th 1901, aged 68 years. 47. Unmarked grave. 48. Isabella, wife of Edward Armitage, of Hall Lane, Hoylandswaine, who died 21.5.1900, aged 61 years. Also the above named Edward Armitage, died 31.12.1909, aged 77 years. 49, 50, 51 and 52 possiby unmarked graves. 53. M.P., died May 4th 1875, aged 50 years.
